I have only been listening to this album for a couple of days, but i have to say that already it is my favourite Coldplay album. Without a doubt, “Death and all his friends” is worth the price alone.
how do you measure relational effectiveness?
Published June 14th, 2008 in thoughts on leadership. 6 CommentsI am in the midst of four days of training on the Baldridge quality standard for organizations. One of the major concentrations on this standard is measurability. Everything, and I mean everything that is listed as a strategic challenge needs to be addressed and measured in the strategic plan.
Note that this quality standard is utilized equally by profits and non-profits.
My question comes to Refugee Ministry where our concentration is relationally based - not in numbers served. So back to the question: How do you measure relational effectiveness?

About 6pm local time we experienced a massive hail storm. Without exaggeration - some were golf ball sized. It was terrifying to watch the trees being stripped of their leaves, everything covered in white like winter. Luckily, our Jeep parked out front took a lickin, but kept on tickin. I was sure that we were going to get panel damage.
It was quite an experience - Loud hammering, kids crying - what an afternoon.
